Below are the steps to register for the Blue Lake Estates Homeowners Portal and what you're able to do inside of it.

Bookmark or Save that website page for future use.
In the top right corner of the homepage, you will see a blue button that says REGISTER. Click that button.

Register
You will register by completing all the information of your Primary Residence, and contact information. Select your communication preference of Email or Mail also during registration.
Please note: the Account Number is the alpha-numeric number that is listed on your annual fee's letter; or previously in your Click Pay account.
Once you are validated as the owner, you will be sent a password, which you should change after logging in. Your user name will be your email address.

Access Info and Pay Dues
Once you have signed in, you will have the ability to add additional properties, submit Dues/Payments, View Announcements, and more.
Also you can see the status of any Violations/Citations; as well as submit photos of completion, to thus end the citation notices.
